Stocktons Entertainment, LLC began in December 2002.  Malone and Amy Mitchell committed to build additional restaurant and entertainment options for the Fort Stockton area.  The land was secured and plans were initiated and the search began for a nationally recognized restaurant to set in front of the entertainment complex, visible from the interstate.  With the eventual success of securing an IHOP Restaurant franchise and the construction underway, plans to construct the entertainment center were finalized.  It took three versions, over several years, to settle on the current floorplan.  Although it took several years from concept to completion, we are now pleased to offer a fun range of activities to the great folks of Fort Stockton and the surrounding area.
